Ozark Mountains. Oldest mountain range on the continent. Lots of caves, canyon-ish river valleys, etc. Even our own unique cave shrimp species!

The Ozarks are at least 1 billion years old (specifically the remnants of the St Francois Mountains) - at least double that of the Appalachians.
